1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and payments made on CalorY (calory.nataktv.com), operated by Sandeep Choudhary. All payments are processed through Razorpay.

2. Free Trial (₹1 for 1 day)

New users may access a trial period for ₹1 for 1 day. This trial charge is non-refundable. The trial allows you to explore all features of CalorY before committing to a monthly subscription.

3. Monthly Subscription (₹149/month)

• The monthly subscription costs ₹149 and provides full access to all CalorY features.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.

4. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged ₹149 at the start of each new billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel your subscription before the billing date.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

1. Open the CalorY app and go to your Profile.
2. Navigate to Subscription & Billing.
3. Select Cancel Subscription.

After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made.

6. Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, you may request a refund by contacting us:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Please include your registered email address and details of the issue in your refund request.

7. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
• The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
