Ingredients
- Rajgira (Amaranth) Flour1 cup
- Ghee2 tbsp
- Green Chilli Paste1 tsp
- Saltto taste

How to make it
- 1Mix 1 cup rajgira (amaranth) flour with salt, green chilli paste, and enough water to form a soft dough.
- 2Divide dough into 4 equal portions and roll into balls.
- 3Place each ball between two sheets of plastic wrap and press or roll into a flat disc (about 5 inches).
- 4Heat a tawa on medium heat. Cook each paratha with ghee on both sides until golden brown spots appear.
- 5Serve hot with curd or any Jain-friendly sabzi.
